Allyssa Rispoli, Esq.

Attorney Allyssa Rispoli focuses her practice on family law and juvenile matters, with additional experience in criminal defense and civil litigation. With a strong commitment to providing strategic, client-centered legal solutions, Allyssa is dedicated to helping her clients navigate complex legal challenges with clarity and confidence.

Prior to joining Hickton & Stein Law Group, Allyssa gained extensive experience in family law, working on a variety of cases involving divorce, custody disputes, equitable distribution, and spousal support. She also worked closely with seasoned attorneys to handle complex family law issues and was involved in all aspects of case management, from initial consultations to drafting court documents. During law school, Allyssa gained invaluable hands-on experience as a law clerk at the Allegheny County Juvenile Court, where she worked on both dependency and delinquency cases. This experience provided her with a deep understanding of Allegheny County’s unique juvenile justice system, as well as the nuances of handling sensitive family law and juvenile matters.

A recent graduate of Duquesne University School of Law, Allyssa also holds a Bachelor’s degree in National Security from Virginia Tech, where she also minored in Sociology. While at Virginia Tech, she served as President of the cheerleading team, demonstrating her leadership abilities and commitment to teamwork. Outside of her legal practice, Allyssa has spent over 10 years coaching gymnastics, ranging from preschool to competitive levels, where she developed skills in mentoring, coaching, and empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential.

Allyssa is passionate about making a positive impact in both her professional practice and her community. Her diverse background has shaped her advocacy style, and she approaches every case with tenacity and a strong commitment to her clients’ best interests. Whether in the courtroom or in her community, Allyssa is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others.
